Warranty Policy
Refurbon – Certified Pre-Owned Devices
1. Warranty Coverage
This Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
for Refurbon Certified Pre-Owned devices purchased directly from
Refurbon or its authorized partners.
2. Warranty Period
All eligible devices are covered for a period of
One (1) Year from the original date of purchase. Proof
of purchase is mandatory to claim warranty service.
3. What Is Covered
- Free repair of covered defects

Replacement of the device with an equivalent model if repair is not
feasible
- Store credit if both repair and replacement are not possible
4. What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, or accidents
- Liquid or moisture damage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Software issues, viruses, or data loss
- Battery degradation due to normal usage
- Damage caused by non-original chargers or accessories
5. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a claim:
- Provide the device and its original proof of purchase
- Refurbon will inspect the device and confirm eligibility
- Repair or replacement may take 3–7 working days
6. Limitations

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original
purchaser
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are not covered
- Accessories like chargers, cables, cases, etc. are not included
7. Right to Modify
Refurbon reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this
Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.

Battery Health
Variations in battery health or degradation due to normal usage are
not covered under this warranty. Battery performance
will naturally diminish over time, which is considered normal and does
not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
